The final day in this 8 day journey traveling along the Ring Road can be spent leisurely strolling in downtown Reykjavik. Stop in a bakery (or two!), grab lunch, and do some shopping! It’s a great time to pick up any souvenir you wish you had gotten along the way.

There are plenty of museums to consider if you have a later flight, however this is a good time to reminisce about the past week which was BUSY. It’s nice to leave a little cushion of time at the end of a trip in case anything doesn’t go as planned, so enjoy the time if you have it.
